GETTING STARTED

To get started with your order, please gather all of the pertinent information needed.  This would be the basic info you would like screened or stitched onto your garments, shirt colors and type of shirt, or, if you already have a logo, supply a clear high res jpg, tiff, pdf or Illustrator copy of the image.  If it is a picture file, please try and have it at 300 dpi for maximum clarity.  The better the image you send, the less of an art charge you may incur.  If you do not have any artwork, that’s fine!  We can create art to your specs, whatever that may be, from simple text graphics to illustrated fine art or any combination you can think of.  If you need assistance or ideas, click here for art samples of some of our past work.


Once you have everything together, please email it to:  paul@nightowlcustomapparel.com.

  (You will need a free Dropbox account; please mark your file clearly and explicitly.)

You will receive a reply within the same day which will include any questions about the art and any further information we can supply.  We will then move forward with art preparation for your specific needs.  When the art is prepped on our end, we will send you a proof to make sure you are getting exactly what you expect.  Any changes you may need are willingly accommodated.  After the art is approved, depending on the number of items, you should expect completed shirts within 5-7 business days-even quicker if needed(rush fees may apply). 

We ship all over the world, typically via USPS.
